Democracy does not stand the test of time. Look at all the countries with a democratic system today; how many populations are actually and majorly happy with their leadership? Democracy is the easiest form of governance to manipulate. It might work well at first, but with time it results in polarity and internal conflicts. It even allows external players to manipulate internal choices.
