With photos you don't remember taking. Videos of you that you never knew existed. Thoughts you never had, and statements you never said. You were not consulted. And you will never be able to forever undo any of that. Creepy. That's the future of many children born to millennial parents. Dear proud parent, even with your best of intentions, you are permanently creating an image on behalf of a human being, who will one day become an adult with their own view of the world and themselves. This human being might appreciate what you did, but also, might not. It might be a source of inspiration. Or could be a source of bullying. Don't do this for selfish reasons. Social media is NOT the new video tape. Video tapes were private. They were about remembering and cherishing GENUINE un-staged moments, with the people who matter.
